Your Visit

When you arrive for your scheduled appointment, please check in at the front desk with one of our friendly receptionists. If you are coming into the clinic with an emergency situation, please alert a receptionist immediately so we may give your pet the necessary attention they might require.

After check-in, contact verification, and obtaining your pet’s weight, you will be escorted into an open exam room. Shortly thereafter, one of our Veterinary Technicians or assistants will accompany you in the exam room to collect information from you pertaining to your pet’s visit. You will then meet with one of our veterinarians. The average routine appointment should take 15 – 20 minutes. Appointments requiring further diagnostics, such as blood work or x-rays, may take 40 minutes or longer.

When your appointment is complete, you will be directed back to the front desk for check-out. For your convenience we accept cash, bank debit cards and all major credit cards including Care Credit. We ask that your bill be paid in full at the time of your services.
